Charitable objects
1. THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG OLDER PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING FROM A SECTION OF SOCIETY THAT IS MORE PRONE TO POVERTY, ILL-HEALTH, AGE-RELATED DISABILITY AND LOSS OF PEERS FRIENDS AND FAMILY, BY ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY THROUGH THE ARTS AND PARTICIPATION IN ARTS-BASED ACTIVITIES. 2. THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: (A) THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF AGE (B) CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR OLDER PEOPLE TO PERFORM OR EXHIBIT ART WORK TO THE PUBLIC (C) CONDUCTING OR COMMISSIONING RESEARCH ON EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY ISSUES AND PUBLISHING THE RESULTS TO THE PUBLIC; (D) FACILITATING DIALOGUE AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONALS WORKING CREATIVELY WITH OLDER PEOPLE (E) CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY 3. TO PROMOTE ART AND PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS BY PROMOTING THE EXHIBITION OR PERFORMANCE OF ART WORK OF HIGH ARTISTIC MERIT BY OLDER PEOPLE IN THIS CLAUSE “OLDER PEOPLE” SHALL INDICATE PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 55 BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THAT AGE GROUP
