Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LIVERPOOL WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGNAISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED.
