TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED A STROKE AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE IN ORDER THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
