THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY MAINLY IN SURREY AND OTHER PLACES, NATIONALLY OR OVERSEAS BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND SUPPORTING OTHER CHARITIES OR ORGANISATIONS (LOCAL, NATIONAL AND OVERSEAS) WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
