THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE THE PREVENTION AND REDUCTION OF LOSS OF LIFE BY DROWNING AT HASTING & ST LEONARDS BEACHING THROUGH THE PROVISION OF QUALIFIED LIFEGUARDS AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION IN WATER SAFETY AND LIFESAVING TECHNIQUES.
