Charitable objects
TO RENDER ASSISTANCE AND MONETARY RELIEF TO MEMBERS WHO MAY BE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES OR, IN THE CASE OF DEATH, TO THEIR DEPENDANTS, BUT NO MEMBER NOR HIS DEPENDANTS SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECIEVE A GRANT FROM THE FUNDS OF THE ASSOCIATION UNLESS HE SHALL HAVE BEEN A MEMBERS FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN THREE YARS AND PROVIDED THAT HIS SUBSCRIPTIONS SHALL HAVE BEEN PAID UP TO DATED. THE COMMITTIEE SHALL HAVE POWER TO DEAL WITH ANY SPECIAL CASE AT THEIR DISCRETION.
