Charitable objects
(I) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL, RELIGIOUS AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS IN INDIA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SEEM FIT;
(II) THE PREVENTION OF, AND THE ALLEVIATION OF, SICKNESS AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH; AND
(III) ANY OTHER PURPOSES RECOGNISED AS CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER EXISTING CHARITY LAW IN ENGLAND AND WALES FROM TIME TO TIME.
