TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF DISABLED PEOPLE WHO USE A WHEELCHAIR THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE SPORT BY ENCOURAGING AND FACILITATING THEIR PARTICIPATION IN WHEELCHAIR ATHLETICS IN GREAT BRITAIN AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THIS PURPOSE.
