"TO BUILD AT YSGOL-Y-PRESELI, CRYMYCH, PEMBROKESHIRE A SWIMMING POOL AND SUCH OTHER ANCILLARY BUILDINGS AS MAY BE NECESSARY, FOR THE USE OF SUCH POOL BY PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL DURING NORMAN SCHOOL HOURS AND BY THE PUBLIC AT OTHER TIMES".
