Charitable objects
1.ADVANCING EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN GUITAR DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE;
2.ADVANCING EDUCATION IN THE ART OF MUSIC IN PARTICULAR IN RELATION TO WRITING MUSIC AND LEARNING TO PLAY AND PLAYING THE GUITAR;
3.RELIEVING THOSE WITH A CHARITABLE NEED IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR BENEFIT WHICH IT IS HOPED WILL PREVENT CRIME AND REHABILITATE EX-OFFENDERS AND LEAD TO EMPLOYMENT;
4.ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE (AGED BETWEEN 18 AND 25 YEARS) DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY IN PARTICULAR THROUGH GUITAR DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE, WRITING MUSIC AND PLAYING THE GUITAR.
