Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS")
FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN IN INDIA:-
A)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION,
B)THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH,
C)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HEALTH CARE AND
D)THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FOR TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
