FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE, CHARITABLE PURPOSES ARE PURPOSES WHICH ARE RECOGNISED AS CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
