THE ECUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN WELSH CULTURE AND THE FINE ARTS INCLUDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC TASTE IN THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR:- (A) BY THE HOLDING OF AN EISTEDDFORD AT LLANEGRYN OR ELSEWHERE (B) BY THE HOLDING OF CONCERTS, MEETINGS AND OTHER FUNCTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH EISTEDDFOD (C) BY OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE INTEREST OF SUCH EISTEDDFOD.
