(2)THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY (OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP) BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT.
