THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS SHALL BE TO FURTHER THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AT SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES IN THE BASINGSTOKE AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE BASINGSTOKE AREA YOUTH ORCHESTRA NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE HAMPSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL.
