Charitable objects
(A) FOR THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG THE DEPENDANTS OF MINERS KILLED IN AN ACCIDENT AT HOUGHTON MAIN COLLIERY AND AMONG A MINER UNJURED IN THE ACCIDENT AND HIS DEPENDANTS. (B) FOR THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PERSONS INJURED, THEIR DEPENDANTS AND THE DEPENDANTS OF PERSONS KILLED IN DISASTERS THAT MAY OCCUR IN BARNSLEY, OR IN WHICH PERSONS WHO RESIDE IN OR WORK IN BARNSLEY ARE INVOLVED. (C) IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE TRUSTEES OF ANY OTHER FUND (REGISTERED AS A CHARITY) HELD BY THE TRUSTEES FOR THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP CAUSED BY ANY OTHER DISASTER THAT MAY OCCUR.
