TO RELIEVE NEED AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM SCLERODERMA IN THE UK THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO HELP MITIGATE THE ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL PRESSURES PLACED UPON THEM BY THEIR CONDITION AND ITS CONSEQUENCES.
