THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UK BY PROVIDING, DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING AN AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE COUNSELLING SERVICE, WITH RELEVANT AND ASSESSED SUPPORT.
