TO PROVIDE, ENCOURAGE, FOSTER AND SUPPORT LOCAL EFFORTS FOR THE PROVISION OF GOOD QUALITY CONTINUING DAY-CARE FOR CHILDREN IN THE TOWNSHIP OF KEIGHLEY AND ITS SURROUNDING DISTRICT AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE CHILDREN OF LONE PARENT FAMILIES.
