THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF WINCHESTER (IN HAMPSHIRE, UK) AND SURROUNDING AREAS:
1) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION AND / OR ENHANCEMENT OF COMMUNITY SPORT AND / OR LEISURE ACTIVITIES OR FACILITIES; AND
2) THE PROMOTION OF THE ARTS BY SUPPORTING AND HOSTING ARTS EVENTS.
