PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ILLNESS OR DISEASE IN PARTICULAR FROM DISEASE OF MALFUNCTION OF THE KIDNEY AND WHO HAVE NEED OF THOSE FACILITIES WHICH ARE PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THEY ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED.
