THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WHEATLEY AND THE NEIGHBOURING COMMUNITY BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, INCLUDING A PAVILION AND CHANGING ROOMS, FOR PLAYING RUGBY, FOOTBALL, CRICKET AND TENNIS IN THE FIRST INSTANT AND TO DEVELOP FACILITIES FOR OTHER SPORTS AND PASTIMES.
