TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE WELFARE OF HORSES, PONIES, DONKEYS AND MULES IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG SUCH ANIMALS.
