I THE RELIEF OF AGED AND FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS LIVING IN THE AREAS OF COVENTRY, BIRKENHEAD AND ELSEWHERE BY PROVIDING TRANSPORT FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES. II IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR CHILDREN AND ELDERLY PERSONS WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THEIR CNDITIONS OF LIFE
