(I) TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF UNEMPLOYED YOUNG PERSONS BY PROVIDING THEM WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORK IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND BY ARRANGING EDUCATIONAL COURSES FOR THEM; (II) TO RELIEVE NED AMONG SUCH PERSONS BY PROVIDING THEM WITH PAID EMPLOYMENT; (III) TO PROVIDE FOR SUCH PERSONS FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WIHTIN THE MEANING OF RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT, 1958
