THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ANN LETITIA RUSSELL TOWN LIFEBOAT (DONATED TO FLEETWOOD AND SERVED AS THE TOWN LIFEBOAT FROM 1939 UNTIL 1976 SAVING 158 LIVES) FOR THE EDUCATION AND BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BEING PART OF FLEETWOOD'S MARITIME HERITAGE.
