TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF TUPSLEY AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE OF MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ITS USERS.
