THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AND BY ASSISTING THOSE PUPILS WHOSE FAMILY CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD OTHERWISE PREVENT THEIR DOING SO TO PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
