Charitable objects

THE OBJECT OF THE LEAGUE SHALL BE TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE HOPE HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFORM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND, GENERALLY, TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL. FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING OUT THE ABOVE OBJECT, BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE LEAGUE MAY HAVE THE FOLLOWING POWER:- FOR POWERS SEE CONSTITUTION OF NOVEMBER 1972.
