TO PROVIDE AN ART GALLERY TO EXHIBIT THE HISTORICAL COLLECTIONS OF ORIGINAL PAINTINGS BY EILEEN AND MICHAEL SCOTT AND TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE HIGH STANDARDS OF PAINTINGS AND OTHER ARTISTIC MEDIA PRINCIPALLY AMONGST YOUNG AND EMERGING ARTISTS.
