TO RELIEVE THE ELDERLY, PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY HANDICAPPED AND OTHER PERSONS IN NEED OF CARE, IN PARTICULAR, THE INFIRM, LONELY OR HOUSEBOUND IN WREXHAM BY THE PROVISION OF A GOOD NEIGHBOUR SERVICE SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
