TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION AND SAFEGUARDING OF THE LANDSCAPE AND AMENITIES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR TO PRESERVE THE NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE HILLS AND THEIR WOODED SKYLINES AND TO PROMOTE AN APPLICATION TO SCHEDULE THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS AN AREA OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY.
