THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO CARRYING ON THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF A COMMUNITY ARTS BUILDING USED BY GROUPS PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, ENTERTAINMENT, HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF THE PEOPLE OF DARLINGTON AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS. THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF DARLINGTON AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS.
