TO PROMOTE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW PARTICULARLY BY PROVIDING ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND REPRESENTATION ON EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SECURITY TRIBUNALS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNABLE TO SECURE SUCH SERVICES FROM THEIR OWN RESOURCES.
