Charitable objects
(1) THE CIO IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CIVIL PARISH OF WROUGHTON IN THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE, FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO ENGLISH LAW AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE ("THE OBJECTS").
(2) NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
