Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: A) TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE PLAYING OF ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL AND ASSOCIATION FUTSAL OR ANY OTHER AMATEUR SPORT THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE (FACILITIES MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES). (B) TO ASSIST IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITY IN ENGLAND WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE ADVANCING EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS BY DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES. (C) TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF THE MERSEYSIDE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.
