THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS EXCEEDING 16 YEARS OF AGE IN THE AREAS OF MERSEYSIDE AND WARRINGTON WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM LIFE THREATING CANCER BY THE FUNDING AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
