THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PEOPLE IN SRI LANKA BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE THE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT.
