THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN BULGARIA IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, GOODS OR SERVICES FOR POOR PEOPLE AND THOSE IN NEED, INCLUDING FOOD, WATER, MEDICINES, HEALTH SUPPORT, SECURE AND PROTECTIVE SHELTER, ACCESS TO EDUCATION FOR POOR CHILDREN AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE.
