TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST THE RELIEF OF DISABLED PERSONS AND FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN THE AREA OF EAST CLEVELAND, THE PRINCIPAL SMALL TOWNS OTHER THAN GUISBOROUGH BEING, SKELTON, BROTTON, SALTBURN AND MARSKE, WITH INTERLYING SMALL VILLAGES INCLUDED. EXCLUDING THE MAIN TOWN OF REDCAR AND STOPPING NORTHEAST OF GUISBOROUGH AT NUNTHORPE.
