FOR THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF HARDSHIP SUFFERED BY DISABLED CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING SMALL GRANTS TO ENABLE FAMILIES TO PURCHASE SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT OR PAY FOR ACTIVITIES THAT BENEFIT THE DISABLED CHILD AND BY PROVIDING EMOTIONAL AND MORAL SUPPORT TO THE FAMILY.
