THE PROVISION OF PLAY FACILITIES FOR PLAY AND RECREATION FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN NOTTINGHAM AND DISTRICT BEING FACILITIES-A) WHOSE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENACE SHALL BE PERFORMED BY OFFENDERS AND VOLUNTERS RESIDENT IN NOTTINGHAM AND DISTRICT, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF EMPLOYEES OF THE NOTTINGHAM PROBATION AND AFTER CARE SERVICE. B) PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN
