TO RELIEVE THE SOCIAL ISOLATION OF THE ELDERLY IN CROSSHILL NURSING HOME AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITY OF STANHOPE, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES, OVER AND ABOVE THOSE PROVIDED FOR THE RESIDENTS OF CROSSHILL NURSING HOME, TO HELP THE RESIDENTS OF THE CARE HOME AND THE ELDERLY PEOPLE IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY TO UNDERTAKE REWARDING ACTIVITIES.
