TO APPLY THE ANNUAL INCOME TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE CHURCH AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE PRIMARILY FOR (A) THE RESTORATION AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH, (B) THE REPAYMENT OF SUMS BORROWED AND APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHURCH.
