THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR MENTAL ILL HEALTH, AND OR LEARNING DISABILITIES, PREVENTING SUCH PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THEIR NEEDS AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.
