THE OBJECTS OF THE SPORT CORNWALL FOUNDATION ARE: TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE THE TERM “FACILITIES” SHALL INCLUDE LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTS ACTIVITIES.
