THE ACQUISITION OF A PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES TO BE USED AS A PLACE OF WORSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES AND RITES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AND AS A SUNDAY SCHOOL AND CENTRE AND FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ANCILLARY TO SUCH PLACE OF WORSHIP INCLUDING MEETINGS AND GATHERINGS BY OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CONGREGATION ATTENDING THE SAME.
