TO SUPPORT BUXTON ARTS FESTIVAL LIMITED ("THE COMPANY") BEING A CHARITY REGISTERED UNDER NUMBER 276957 IN THE HOLDING OF FESTIVALS OF THE ARTS IN BUXTON, DERBYSHIRE BY: (1) ENCOURAGING PUBLIC ATTENDANCE AT THE FESTIVALS (2) RAISING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE COMPANY (3) FOSTERING GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC (4) DOING ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS AS ARE CONDUCIVE TO THE OBJECT OF THE SOCIETY.
