TO PROVED FOR THE INHABITANTS OF MEINCIAU AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELAXATION AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
