TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING WITH COMPLEX DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILY AND CARERS IN MERSEYSIDE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND GRANTS FOR RESPITE AND CARE SERVICES.
